Goals
- Construction or purchase of dwellings and their allocation to the Ministry of National Defense under lease at a fair price which serve mainly to cover the maintenance and development of areas for children
- Housing construction and sales personnel to DND studied prices.
- Allotment of land and sales personnel to DND studied prices.
- Intervention with banks to facilitate loans at rates better than those prevailing on the market and benefit staff DND
- Ensure preventive maintenance and repair work of military housing.
- Ensure the creation of green areas around military housing.
- Rental of land for subdivision in order to protect them from deterioration
- Intervene to facilitate contact with staff DND property developers
